Our firm specializes in assisting owners throughout the entire construction process. We custom detail our consulting and management contracts to fit your needs.
Building a new home or remodeling an existing home can be very exciting and very stressful. Our mission is to take the stressful part from you so that you can concentrate on the parts that you are looking forward to.
Our services extend from those owners who are trying to decide which piece of land to buy, up through the landscaping plan.
Consulting Services:
Consulting Services can be throughout an entire project or just an initial consultation to help you get off on the right foot. We also work closely with clients that are trying to build while traveling or while living in a long distance location. Through the use of digital technology we can keep you abreast of your project schedule and confirm that your plan is being executed to your desires.
Preliminary Consultation:
We will meet with you for a minimum of two hours and discuss whatever you need help with. We can assist you in finalizing your floorplan, material selections and even help you decide which contractor to use. These two hours can save you thousands of dollars and hours of headaches. We will need any information available such as a site plan, blueprints and/or conceptual floorplan ideas, photos and your contract, if one has already been signed.
Project Management:
This format is designed to help people who want to spend the next 6 months to a year enjoying their free time rather than doing all the research and job visits required to have the perfect home they are striving for. The level of services provided will be determined on a case by case basis. A preliminary consultation will be required prior to our being able to submit a proposal for these services.
On-Call Services:
For those who decide to manage their own project, we will assist you in that endeavor on an as needed basis. We will review change orders, visit the jobsite, etc. These requests will be on a first come-first served basis, but we can usually get with you within 24 hours of your calling. A preliminary consultation will be required for us to be able to fulfill these requests.
Custom Services:
When none of the other agreements work for you, we will devise a plan that will.
